I’m Usha Dhar, a spirit-centered life coach here to mentor you in becoming an Architect of the Rise — a visionary leader who mothers utopia by creating new worlds full of joy.

With my applied spiritual training from an interfaith seminary, a community ministry certificate from a nature tradition and Pagan seminary, and a coaching certificate; I create sacred spaces where we can conquer this jarring era and restore grace and kindness, together.

  • What to Expect

    Keeping your core sense of spirit and spirituality as our focus, this is what we’ll work on in our coaching sessions:

    We’ll start by asking questions…

    Where are you in the critical areas of your life, like your sense of abundance, personal and professional connections, flow with the divine, and your wellbeing?

    Where do you want to be?

    How do you navigate all that when you’re concerned about the price of gas and groceries, the storms that keep battering your community, the political unrest that saturates the news-cycle? Is there a way through?

    And then…

    You’ll dream about where you want to be. You’ll dream big. Because all goals that have been met, began with dreams!

    You’ll create a specific series of attainable goals in the areas that matter to you.

    We’ll define a clear path to get to each one.

    We’ll develop powerful practices to help you get there.

    And then, you’ll fly!

  • The Process/Pricing

    This is the process:

    You’ll email me at info@unlimitcreations.com.

    You will receive and be asked to complete an intake form.

    We’ll book a free 30-minute session to discuss what we’ll be learning together and we’ll book your first coaching session on Zoom or by phone.

    Each month, we’ll meet for 90 minutes. You’ll also have the opportunity to send emails or texts in order to check in with questions.

    We’ll work together on a month-to-month basis (ideally, we’ll spend at least three months on this adventure together).

    Monthly coaching rates are $150 CAD.

Usha Dhar

A bit about me…

Like you, I am a child of Creation. I’m also a mother, auntie, wife, sister, friend, hobby farmer, author, and community builder. I have been a marketing executive and I have founded and lead a community organization. My path through infertility, cancer, bereavement, and loss has been forged by making nature and spirit practices a minute-to-minute way of life. That path has lead me to abundance.

I hold a Baccalaureate in Arts, Concentration Psychology (University of Ottawa). I am a Certified Coach Practitioner (Certified Coaches Federation). It’s been a great delight to have completed a certification at the iNtuitive Times Institute (the Interfaith Seminary for the Open International Interfaith Ministry). I feel at home in the Interfaith tradition because it welcomes and embraces all philosophies (from Hindu to Pagan to Christian to atheist and more). What we all have in common is a belief in love expressed through kindness. I achieved the designation of Lay Minister at OIIM. I’m looking forward to beginning my Community Ministry Certificate studies at Cherry Hill Seminary this winter!
